Introduction
When you book a vehicle auto transport service with Interlane, you can cancel or reschedule your booking under certain conditions. Please be aware that offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled booking. We also offer free rescheduling under certain conditions.

Rescheduling Policy
- Free Rescheduling: Rescheduling your booking is free of charge.
- Rescheduling Fees: The standard cancellation fees apply for rescheduling within 48 hours of the booking ($100).
Payment Policy
- Payment is required upfront at the time of booking. However, we offer a 100% refund if you cancel your booking at least 48 hours in advance.
- Secure Credit Card Holding: Though no charge is made upfront, we require your credit card information at the time of booking to secure your reservation and facilitate any necessary cancellation or rescheduling fee.
